The platform
Win the work. Build the work. Bill the work. In one system.
SCPM Project runs on two axes: five department environments for how your company is actually staffed, and one consistent project workspace inside every job. CRM to closeout, office to jobsite, first lead to final lien waiver – one source of truth, and no handoff between systems where money can leak.

Flip through the actual product — dashboard to pay app, estimating to the field. Every number ties to a posting; nothing is a slide.

How it's organized
Two axes. One source of truth.
Down one axis: five departments – Marketing, Design, Estimating, Operations, Accounting – each with its own purpose-built dashboard, so people only see the world they work in.
Down the other: the project workspace, the same consistent tab strip inside every job no matter which department you work in. Underneath both, a single shared client database – so a prospect Marketing is chasing and the owner Accounting is billing are the same record, never two.
Five departments
Every department gets its own purpose-built dashboard.
Marketing lands on the CRM. Estimating lands on the bidding pipeline. Each department opens to the tools that department lives in – nothing more, nothing they don't need.

Marketing prospects, Design clients, estimating bid-recipients, and project owners are the same relationship records. Every department gets its own metered lens over one unified book – never separate lists to reconcile.
Inside every project
The same workspace, no matter which department you work in.
Open any project and the tab strip is identical – a PM, a super, and a controller are all looking at the same job through the same structure. No relearning, no per-department silos, no arguing about which system holds the truth.

Daily log — voice or tap
For the field
Your superintendent's whole day, from their phone – even with no signal.
Daily logs with weather, crews, and photos. Time tracking. RFIs and submittals. Punch lists, safety observations, sub performance ratings, material deliveries, and field-initiated change events that flow straight to a draft change order. Full offline mode – everything queues on the device and syncs when signal returns, because jobsites don't have conference-room Wi-Fi.
- ✓Daily logs with weather, crew counts, and tagged photos
- ✓Field change events → draft change order in one tap
- ✓Punch lists, RFIs, submittals, safety, deliveries
- ✓Works fully offline, syncs automatically
For project managers
Run your projects end to end.
Interactive Gantt scheduling with critical path and baselines. Change-order workflows that automatically update the budget on approval. Sub pay-app review with lien-waiver tracking. AIA-style (G702/G703) customer pay applications generated straight from the source records – not rekeyed into a second system.
- ✓Gantt with critical path, baselines, and variance flags
- ✓Approved change orders post to the budget automatically
- ✓Sub pay apps with retainage and lien-waiver holds
- ✓G702/G703 owner billing from the same records
The books, already inside
The accounting engine isn't a bolt-on. It's the backbone.
Most construction PM tools export to a 'real' accounting package and pray the numbers tie out. SCPM Project ships with the complete SCPM Construction Accounting engine already inside it – append-only ledger, WIP in two modes, AIA billing, certified payroll. Every dollar in the field traces to a budget line, so operations and finance can never drift apart.
- ✓One-click WIP for your surety; cost-to-complete for your PM
- ✓Append-only ledger – closed periods stay closed
- ✓Certified payroll (WH-347) and multi-company groups
- ✓Also sold standalone as SCPM Construction Accounting

Earned revenue is cost-to-date against the projected cost — so over/under-billing and profit fade are computed from the same postings as the job cost, not re-keyed into a spreadsheet each month.
For clients and subs
Dedicated portals – everyone sees only what's theirs.
Clients approve change orders and selections, view reports, and pay invoices online, with homeowner-financing options and warranty tracking. Subs respond to ITBs, view their scope and schedule, and submit pay applications – through the platform, not a thread of forwarded email. Role-based access means nobody ever sees a number that isn't theirs.
The whole company, running on one disciplined system.
Win it in Marketing, price it in Estimating, build it in Operations, bill it in Accounting – without a single handoff between disconnected tools.
